Middle Brook Fiberworks grew out of the pure joy of creating and sharing creative fiber arts endeavors with others. MBF offers a line of products, from handspun yarn to all-natural lotion bars, as well as classes in its teaching studio. Every product we offer embodies passionate dedication to create items that are unique and delightful, with a focus on sourcing materials that are local, sustainable, and pure.

Workshops are offered in a historic 1800s barn, renovated into a thoroughly modern studio space.  This sunny and airy space, with its historic roots with modern sensibility, reflects the MBF approach to everything from crafts to products. The teaching studio provides an environment to celebrate the exploration of craft and imagination. Workshops investigate time-honored traditions, and infuse them with contemporary techniques and personal vision. These immersive, hands-on experiences will engage you physically and mentally, where you can learn the fiber arts and discover where your own creativity will take you.

The studio provides a complete line of Schacht spinning wheels and accessories, Strauch drum carders, and other fiber tools. It also includes a wet studio for fleece washing and dyeing. An organic garden behind the studio provides fresh farm lunches for workshops and plant material for natural dyeing.

Middle Brook Fiberworks is located in Bedminster, NJ, amidst scenic horse farms and historic estates. The eponymous Middle Brook runs through acres of old growth woods along the west side of the property.  It is located an hour west of NYC with easy access to Routes 278 & 78.
